This two-semester course is open to all students. Fashion Merchandising covers many aspects of the fashion industry - including visual display, fashion designers, fashion, and fad cycles, clothing construction and fashion careers. Opportunities to develop job entry skills for employment in every aspect of the fashion world are available to students. The consumer education requirement is fulfilled during first semester.
