This two-hour, two-semester course is open to juniors and seniors. Organizational skills, professionalism, communication skills, safety and sanitation, ethics, customer relations and management are course topics. following these introductory topics, students are placed in on-site experiences at hotels, travel agencies, training schools, or at the airport. While on site, students shadow different personnel, gaining valuable career knowledge. This is a limited enrollment course with no financial compensation. Students must complete an application prior to registration. Students receiving an "A" or "B" in Hotel and Travel Services are eligible for articulated credit in the Triton Program.
