Volunteers will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once filled, the form and/or contacts will stop accepting responses.It is VERY important that if you sign up for an event you honor your commitment and SHOW UP!

What: River Grove is hosting a four-day festival and needs volunteers. Duties will include helping with pop and water tents. 2 hour time slots available or more if you are able. Please arrive 15 minutes early and meet at the pop and water tent.

What: We mostly need volunteers for the set-up on 6/3 and help to close down on 6/5.
Cat Vando.org is strictly a volunteer animal welfare organization based out of Maywood. We help care for feral cats in the community. We are holding a garage sale to fundraise for the cats. We are in need of a people to help put up and take down canopies, unpack and pack boxes, set up and take down items on display and other various jobs. Anytime that you can give would be much appreciated.

2022 Student Summit Volunteers Needed
When: Thursday & Friday, June 16 & 17 2022
Time: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Where: East Leyden High School

What: Assist participants with the check in (beginning of the event) and check out (end of the day) process, rotate with a group to each workshop, help participants navigate the building. Assist teachers in the classrooms where needed. Help facilitate lunch.

Interfaith Outreach Food Pantry & Clothing Closet
When: Ongoing Saturdays
Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (exceptions can be made)
Where: 2825 Hawthorne St., Franklin Park (little blue house)
Who/Contact: Lois Sullivan (708) 638-2320. You MUST contact Ms. Sullivan to coordinate your volunteer hours after you sign up and BEFORE you show up for your volunteer hours
Help out at the Interfaith Outreach food pantry and clothing closet. Help in fulfilling guests’ shopping orders, bagging groceries, carrying items to cars, searching for specific clothing needs and various pantry/closet needs as they arise. Guests are not currently allowed within the pantry house, so your help is needed more than ever to help ensure a smooth process. Directly helping those in our community then helps earn you service hours. A Win for everyone! Thank you.
