I am extremely excited to teach at East Leyden High School as a Family & Consumer Sciences teacher! I started at Leyden in the Fall of 2016, and currently teach Child Development, Human Development, and I co-teach Medical Careers along with Mrs. Song. I graduated from Iowa State University in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Family & Consumer Sciences Education & Studies and a minor in Child, Adult & Family Services. I received my Masters in Health Education from the American College of Education in 2018. 

I love teaching at Leyden! My favorite things about Leyden are the beautiful courtyards, the positive school culture, and the smiling faces on my students!
