We have set up EarthCams to capture a photo every 15 minutes to document the construction projects.  The images are delayed by one hour before being added to the public archive.  After clicking on the camera you want to view below, you can mouse over the bottom of the picture to get a set of controls to navigate through all of the archived photos.
