Students end-of-year checkout process

 

 

As we quickly approach the end of the school year, please refer to the information below regarding material returns, student fines, student Chromebooks and Google accounts. Please note, the bookstore is not accepting any material returns until the last week of school.

Freshman, Sophomore, Juniors:

Students will be able to return their school-issued belongings during the last week of school after they complete summatives. East students will return their items May 22 and May 23 in the Student Cafeteria Commons Area and West students can return their items May 19 through May 23 in the Eagle’s Wing.

Seniors:

Senior Checkout and Yearbook Distribution will take place on Thursday, May 15, at East from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the auditorium, and at West from 9:15 a.m. -12:00 p.m. in the Student Cafeteria.

• Bring Leyden ID and final fine statement

• Chromebook must be brought to checkout and either returned or purchased

• Yearbooks will be distributed to seniors with no outstanding fines/fees/obligations
   

The cost to purchase a chromebook is $40. All fines must be paid prior to purchasing a chromebook.

Failure to return the following equipment will result in a fine in the amount of:

• Chromebook $250

• Charger $25

• Hotspot $100

• Calculator (ti36xpro $18; ti-nspire cx $160; ti-nspire cx cas $185)

Buses will be running during/after the event to take students home.

Student fines

Please be sure to make payment for any outstanding student fines prior to the end of the school year. Fines can be paid through the MySchoolBucks website or at the bookstore using cash, check, credit or debit card.
