On Saturday, February 1, the Leyden Student Summit will offer three workshops for area 7th and 8th grade students, including Valentine’s day Cookie Decorating, Coffee Drinks and Equipment, and Introduction to Animation. Participants may select two of the three sessions, which runs from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. All workshops are led by expert Leyden teachers and involve interactive learning.
These workshops are a new extension of the summer Student Summit and are open to all area partner school students. The summit will take place at East Leyden and advanced registration is required and available until January 29, at tinyurl.com/leydenstudentsummit-feb1. The fee is $10. Spots are limited and will sell out!
