Leyden hosted its first Spanish Exchange Program where 20 students from Begues, Spain (just outside of Barcelona, Spain) came to stay with our students and staff. Over the course of 12 days, our Spanish guests shadowed Leyden students in classes and saw the sights of Chicago including an architectural boat tour, museums, the Willis Tower, and Lincoln Park Zoo. They also enjoyed staying with host families and are looking forward to this spring, when Leyden students will venture to Spain as part of the exchange program.
