West 40 Regional Office of Education recognized four graduating seniors with a School Citizen of the Year Award (SCOTY). From East, Nicole Cychosz and Josh Walter, and from West, Stephanie Morales Bautista and Piotr Wojtasik, each earned this special distinction for their efforts as role models and good school citizens.
