AP Testing Policy and Fees
Students enrolled in Advanced Placement classes are expected to take the oļ¬cial Advanced Placement exam from the College Board. The test fee is $20 per exam for ALL students. Students must register for the test by November 15, per College Board Policy.
Students who are absent on the test date will be charged a $15.00 return test fee and a $45.00 exam alternate test date fee. Students who are absent on the alternative test date will be charged a $15.00 return test fee.
Register to Test
(1) Login to your College Board/My AP account.
(2) Enter the Join Code to enroll in your AP course(s). This will register you to take the AP Exam for course.
Students will get unique Join Codes from each one of their AP teachers. They should ensure they are joining the correct class. This is the only way West Leyden can order AP Exams for students.
If you did not get join code information from your teacher, or you are unsure about what that is, contact the AP Coordinator as soon as possible.
If you are having technical difficulties, contact the College Board and the AP Coordinator.
