Are you interested in a career as a hairstylist or barber? As part of Leyden's Cooperative Education Program, you can become a licensed hairstylist, barber!
We are excited to provide you with this unique opportunity to complete the first year of this two-year program while in high school. Leyden District 212 is committed to your success and will fund a large portion of the tuition fees associated with this program. See below for financial information.

Erskine Reeves Barber Academy of Hillside, IL will give you the finest training to cultivate the entrepreneur barber in you. Get the barber knowledge you need from us. How it Works
Students enroll in Work-Based Learning and Barbering or Cosmetology Related WBL (COOP 613 & COOP 643 or COOP 653). Seniors are permitted to leave campus early to attend their cosmetology or barbering courses.
The Cosmetology and Barbering program is a two-year commitment. The first year includes 750 hours of instruction during the student’s senior year. The second year is completed after graduation.

Year One (Senior Year): Kit $1,400, Year Two (After Graduation): Tuition $6,000
