Career Clusters are a way to help you explore careers and plan your future. The National Career Clusters Framework groups jobs into 16 Career Clusters, each containing related Career Pathways—more than 79 in total! These clusters help you connect what you’re learning in school to real-world jobs and college programs.

Career Clusters give you a clearer picture of:

• What careers match your interests and strengths

• What classes and experiences can prepare you for those careers

• How to build a plan for high school, college, and beyond
