5 Star Students
What is 5 Star Students?
5 Star Students is a website and mobile app where students are able to:
- see a list of clubs offered at Leyden;
- express interest in a club by using the "sign up" feature;
- see when & where club meetings and other events are taking place;
- check in to meetings & events (aka attendance);
- be awarded points for being involved;
- redeem points for various prizes;
- participate in Student Activities surveys & polls;
- see their personal Student Activities data including the clubs they have been involved in and the total points they have.
Starting the 26-27 school year, 5 Star will also be used for hall passes.
How to Find Club Info on 5 Star Students?
Students can access 5 Star via a cell phone or Chromebook.
- Chromebook:
- Go to the East Leyden 5 Star webpage.
- Click on "Clubs" located at the top of the page to see a list of Clubs offered at East Leyden. Click on "Calendar" to see the dates & times of meetings & events.
- Using the 5 Star webpage (video)
- Mobile App:
- Click here to download the 5 Star app on your cell phone. Once downloaded, click on the app and sign in using your Leyden credentials.
- Click on "Activities" to see a list of clubs. Click on "Events" to see a calendar of events.
