Junior/Senior prom information
DATE: May 19, 2023 from 6:30pm to 11 p.m.

• LOCATION: Empress Banquets in Addison, IL
• ONLINE TICKET SALES: Tickets will be sold online May 1- 5. Credit or debit cards must be used to purchase online tickets
• IN PERSON TICKET SALES: Tickets will be sold before and after school on Tuesday, May 9. In person ticket sales will be cash only
• COST: Tickets are $75 per person; $150 per couple
• NON-LEYDEN GUESTS: Anyone bringing a non-West Leyden guest must fill out a Guest Request Form and have it approved by the Dean's Office by Friday, May 5. These forms will be available starting next week. Non-Leyden students who are not pre-approved will not be allowed into the event and refunds will not be issued
• No tickets will be sold at the door!
