     Volunteers will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Once filled, the form and/or contacts will stop accepting responses.

    It is VERY important that if you sign up for an event you honor your commitment and SHOW UP!

  • Park District of Franklin Park is sponsoring

    Earth Day


    When: Saturday  April 20, 2019


    Where: North Park (10040 Addison Ave, Franklin Park)

    When: 11:30 AM - 2:15 PM

    What: Volunteers would help at the Park District table handing out gifts, escorting vendors to their assigned tables and helping to make sure the vendors have everything they need for the event.

  • Feeding Children Worldwide Setup

    When: Friday, April 19th, 2019

    Time: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

    Where: FCW warehouse, 1523 Bourbon Parkway, Streamwood, IL 60107 at 9 AM  with the setup at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago 9300 Bryn Mawr Ave Rosemont

    What: We need volunteers to help set up for a large food packing event. Please meet at the FCW warehouse at 1523 Bourbon Parkway, Streamwood, IL 60107 at 9 AM from there we will go to the Haytt at Rosemont for setting up at 12 AM to 1 PM. The program of packing from 1 pm to 2 pm clean up and out by 2:30 pm. Any questions call 1630-639-1408.

    Easter Egg Hunt 2019

  • The Unity in Community & Leyden Credit Union Annual Shred Day

    What: Our great partners at Unity in Community are looking for help at the Annual Shred Day! Volunteers will also receive a Unity T-shirt and By volunteering the students will be put into the Unity in Community scholarship raffle for a $500.00 scholarship! Volunteers will help carry boxes/bags of paper to the shredding machine. This opportunity is always fun!

  • Rosemont Derby "Run for the Roses"

  • Franklin Park Fest Volunteer

    When: Saturday, June 8, 2019

    Time: 1 hour shifts from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Where: Clock Tower Park, Ruby and Franklin Avenue, Franklin Park, IL

    What: You will lend a hand working on train duty,  working in 1 hour shifts or more.  Volunteers will get the first look at some of the unique and vintage rail cars on display.  Volunteers will receive a fest t-shirt and a food voucher.

  • Presence Villa Scalabrini Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

    When:  Saturdays:  9:30 am - 11:30 am

                Saturdays:  2:00pm - 3:00pm

                Sundays:  1:30pm - 3:30 pm

    Where:  Villa Scalabrini Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 480 N. Wolf Rd., Northlake, IL 60164

    What:  This is a great opportunity for any high school student who wishes to be in the medical field, or who wants to be a pre-med/nursing major in high school or for Volunteer hours.  The Volunteers will have an opportunity to interact with patients, observe clinic staff and perhaps even help clinical staff with basic needs.  We also are willing to work around school schedules if you wish to volunteer during the week.

  • Interfaith Outreach ~ Food 4 Life and the Clothing Closet are looking for Volunteers

  • Students of Strength Needs Your Help

    What:  Students of Strength is looking for tutors to teach and mentor middle and high school students.  We will be helping the student victims of hurricane Harvey, for both paid and volunteer positions.  We want to help these kids get fully caught up, and we need your help before the beginning of the school year.  If you or someone you know would be interested in joining our tutoring team, fill out the interest form above.
