Unity in Community 10th Annual Fundraiser SIGN UP HERE
When: Saturday, September 8, 2018
Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Where: Underpass Restaurant and Lounge, 9400 Grand Ave., Franklin Park, IL 60131

What: Volunteers are needed to set up tables and chairs in the big tent. We also need help putting up the banners and signs in the canopy.
All Volunteers will earn an entry into the $500 scholarship raffle.

Trek to the R.E.C. 5K
When: Sunday, September 9th, 2018
Time: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Volunteer Check in from 6:00am-6:30am)
Where: Mannheim Middle School (2600 Hyde Park Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60164, front lot off Hyde Park Ave.) day of the race.

What: Leyden Township is hosting their 5th Annual Trek to the Rec 5K on Sunday, September 9th and they are in need of volunteers! Volunteers will help with street closures, water stations, and more. All proceeds from this event will go towards those families who are less fortunate in the township. If you can help out this great cause...please fill out the form below. Interfaith Outreach ~ Food 4 Life and the Clothing Closet are looking for Volunteers
When: Ongoing Saturdays
Time: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM (or any time frame in between)

Help out at the Food 4 Life food pantry and Clothing Closet. Help guests with shopping needs or sort and hang clothing, various ‘jobs’ to do. Directly help those in our community and earn some service hours!
Students of Strength Needs Your Help

What: Students of Strength is looking for tutors to teach and mentor middle and high school students. We will be helping the student victims of hurricane Harvey, for both paid and volunteer positions. We want to help these kids get fully caught up, and we need your help before the beginning of the school year. If you or someone you know would be interested in joining our tutoring team, fill out the interest form above.
