I graduated from Illinois State University in May 2018. Before ISU, I played a semester of soccer and started the nursing program at Carroll University. After the semester I transferred to Harper Community College and then to Illinois State. At ISU, I was a group fitness instructor, president of the Golden Apple Teaching Organization, and participated in a variety of intramural sports. I have made a commitment to teaching because of my passion to motivate, inspire, and positively impact students in a way that will encourage lifelong learning.  I hope to offer students growth and learning opportunities that reach far beyond the classroom. I am currently teaching Ap Biology Honors and Physical Science at West Leyden.
