Hello Leyden!  My name is Kim Berliner and I am a Special Education teacher at West Leyden High School. I currently teach Geometry and Intermediate Algebra 2.  I graduated from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN with a bachelor's degree in secondary education.  I earned my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Dordt College. I also recently finished  my Masters in Educational Administration at the University of St. Francis.  I have taught multiple content areas including math, english, and social science and even spent three years teaching overseas in Budapest, Hungary.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling. I have traveled to six of the seven continents (including 65+ countries) and 47 of the 50 states!  I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and watching Cubs baseball!  Follow me on twitter @MsBLeyden!
