Hello! I am so excited to be one of the Family and Consumer Science teachers at East Leyden! I started my teaching career in 2015 and I joined the Leyden family in 2020. I have taught many classes through out my years but am excited to be teaching Culinary Basics, Child Development, Consumer Ed and many more here at Leyden. I am also the Assistant Poms Coach. I graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor's in Secondary Education for Family and Consumer Sciences. When I am not at school I love to cook or go to concerts. I love spending quailty time with family, friends, and my pup, Finnegan. I am a huge Blackhawks fan and love to go to games whenever I can! 

I can't wait to see what this year will bring!
