Hello! I have been teaching since 2002 at Leyden in various departments such as Literacy and Special Education. I attended Elmhurst College where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, majoring in Special Education.  I then pursued a Master's Degree at National Louis University and became a certified Reading Specialist.  

When I am not teching I enjoy reading, hiking and traveling.
