Welcome to my page! I am happy you found me.  I have been teaching since 1997.  I have been teaching at Leyden since 2001 in the Special Education Department.  I am currently a Facilitator, a Case Manager, and a Special Education teacher. I also Co-Teach US History.  I am here to support students in becoming a better version of themselves by teaching them to learn how to learn, critically think, and to develop self awareness. While virtual learning has changed the way we think about students and learning, I am convinced that students are still motivated to learn when they feel confident, safe, and supported.  I am a good listener and I am very flexible, so please never hesitate to reach out with questions or needs.
