Welcome Everyone, 

Thanks for checking out my webpage!  I will be entering my 10th year in Special Education and 9th here at Leyden.  While at Leyden, I have had the privilege of being a teacher in the LIFE and Transition Programs.  This fall in 2022, I will be entering a new role as a Vocational Coordinator for our Adult Transition Program.  I currently coach freshman football, Special Olympics Powerlifting, and Special Olympics Golf.  I graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2012 with my Learning Behavior Specialist degree.  In 2019, I earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.  In 2022, I earned my endorsement as a Transition Specialist from National Louis University. 

Personally, I got married in 2020 to my wife who is also a special education teacher.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends when I am not teaching or coaching.  I enjoy fishing, playing golf, working out, and watching my favorite Chicago sports teams!  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
