I joined the Student Services Department at West Leyden in 2008.  Prior to working at Leyden, I worked as a school counselor at Ridgewood High School in Norridge and Warren Township High School in Gurnee.  Although I currently specialize as the college counselor and have students who are privately placed, I also have experience with financial aid/scholarships and careers.

I am an active member of multiple professional organizations which include the Chicago Area College Counselors Association (CACCA), Chicago Area Naviance Network (CANN), Illinois Association of College Admissions Counseling (IACAC), National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC), and am in my first year of a three year term as the co-chair for the Chicago National College Fair.
