I've been a member of the Leyden staff since 2015. Prior to coming to East Leyden, I was the College & Career Counselor at Plainfield South High School for seven years and taught Business Education at Rockford Christian High School for three years. I also worked at Lewis University as the Assistant Bursar and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach.  I am presently the Department Chair of Student Services and am actively involved in the continuous evaluation and development of the comprehensive school counseling program. My greatest passion is providing students the assistance and resources they need to have a plan in place prior to graduation!

Outside of work I spend the majority of my free time with my husband and two children. I also enjoy reading all types of books, dreaming about the places I hope to visit, and staying connected with family and friends.
