My name is Rachelle Minus and I have been a member of the Leyden staff since 2009.  Prior to coming to Leyden I worked at a school in Humboldt Park for four years. I have also worked on a crisis hotline, helped manage a psychiatric clinic and made home visits for the elderly with mental health issues. Here at Leyden, I have been the Safe Celebration Coordinator since 2011. One of my favorite things about working at Leyden is being able to collaborate with staff members to create better student outcomes.

Outside of work, I keep busy spending time with my family which includes my husband, two children and our dog.  I also enjoy reading, practicing yoga, being outside and laughing with friends.
