The Société Honoraire de Français (French Honor Society) is an organization whose intent is to recognize high school students in the United States who have maintained excellent grades in at least the last three semesters of French language courses. This is done by induction into the organization.

West Leyden high school French Honor Society students help promote the study of the French language and culture.

Every year, French Honor Society puts on the French National Week at West Leyden. Students who are part of the Chapter go on many field trips and participate in fundraising and voluteering opportunities.
