Enrollment Information for Students New to the Leyden Area

If you have recently moved into the Leyden High School District 212 area and wish to attend either East Leyden High School or West Leyden High School for the remainder of the current school year or the next school year, please call the appropriate Assistant Principal's office.

Enrollment Information for Existing Leyden Students and Eighth Grade Students Currently Attending One of Leyden's Feeder/Partner Districts

  • Enrollment is required for each new school year.
  • When the Enrollment process begins each spring, you will receive an email and/or a letter in the mail.
  • Leyden uses an outside service to help determine the residency status of all currently active students. The Enrollment forms may be different for each student depending on their residency status.  Some guardians will be asked to prove residency and upload the appropriate documents and others will not need to prove residency based on the results from the outside service.  All "new to Leyden students", including those coming from one of our feeder/partner districts, must complete the residency forms and upload the appropriate documents in the Enrollment system.
  • We ask that all Enrollments be submitted by the July 1st prior to each school year.
  • After an Enrollment submission is completed, it will be reviewed by the Assistant Principal's Office.  You will receive either a confirmation of approval email or an email asking you to resubmit with additional information within a few days of submitting.  Please note that these emails may come from the email address and may end up in your Junk/Spam inbox.
  • If you owe any enrollment fees, you will receive a separate email within a few weeks of your Enrollment's approval from MySchoolBucks with a link to your invoice.  Payments may be made online or by visiting the cashier at either school.
  • To access your Enrollment forms, please use one of the following options:
For Existing Home Access Center (HAC) Users Snapcode Users
  1. Log into your HAC account
  2. Click on the 'Registration' button
  3. Click on the 'Update Enrollment' tab
  4. Click on the Registration 'Start' link

Note: The 'Start' link will only be available during an active Enrollment time.
