New Student Enrollment

This page is only for brand new students that wish to enroll in Leyden High School District 212 and should be accessed after receiving instructions from the Assistant Principal's Office.

Current Leyden students and current 8th grade students should visit the regular Enrollment page.

Enrollment Process for Brand New/Transfer Students

1. Click on the "New Student Enrollment Application" button below.
2. Create your Enrollment system account.
3. Fill out as much of the Enrollment Application as you can.
   Note: If you cannot upload a copy of your student's birth certificate and/or residency verification documents you may bring those with you to the appointment you schedule in step 4.
4. Submit your Enrollment Application.
5. Contact the appropriate Assistant Principal's Office to set up an appointment to review and complete your Enrollment Application.
