Transcript Request

Leyden is now using SchooLinks for transcript requests. To request your transcript, follow the steps outlined below.

Transcripts for Current Students

College Applications

For current student requesting transcripts for college applications (including Common App & Direct to Colleges). Note: If you're a senior or recent graduate, you will lose access to your Leyden network account on June 30th. Be sure to link your personal email account in SchooLinks so you can continue to request transcripts as an Alumni.

  • Use SchooLinks to request all college application transcripts.
  • After logging in, go to Colleges > College Applications.
  • Add each college and request your transcript for each application.
  • Monitor your request status in SchooLinks.

Non-College Official Requests

Current students requesting transcripts for scholarships, NCAA eligibility, insurance discount eligibility, or other non-college official requests.

  • Use SchooLinks to request transcripts.
  • After logging in, go to School > Record Request Center.
  • Send official transcripts for scholarships, NCAA eligibility, or other organizations.
  • Choose your destination or enter a custom address as needed.

Personal Use & Review (Unofficial Transcript)

Unofficial transcripts can be viewed in Home Access Center. Review your unofficial transcript and verify the information on it is correct.

  • Use Home Access Center to view your unofficial transcripts.
  • After logging in, go to Grades > Transcript.
  • Unofficial transcripts are for your own records and not for official use.

Transcripts for Alumni & Former Students

Alumni starting with Class of 2025 and beyond

Alumni Class of 2025 and beyond can requests transcripts through SchoolLinks.

  • If you're a senior or recent graduate, you have until June 30th to link your personal email account in SchooLinks.
  • Review the Detailed Instructions for accessing your Alumni account.
  • After logging in, go to the My Transcripts tab.

Alumni who did not use SchooLinks

Any alumni Class of 2025 and prior who did not use SchooLinks, can create a SchooLinks Member account to request transcripts.

  • Review the Detailed Instructions for creating a SchoolLinks member account.
  • After logging in, join your high school network.
  • Go to the My Transcripts tab.

Alumni and Former Students with Parchment Accounts

Alumni Class of 2025 and prior can requests transcripts through Parchment.

  • Use Parchment for all transcript requests.
  • Create or log into your Parchment account.
  • Select your transcript type and destination.
  • Pay ($4.85) and complete your request online.
