If you are passionate about reducing waste in our community to help the environment, you should come to the Recycling Club. Recycling Club will meet Wednesday, October 5. We will be discussing how to make sure that the school is recycling as much as we can to help reduce our ecological impact. We will also discuss how to do service hours with the club. Meeting is Wednesday, October 5 in room 293 after student teacher time! - Ms. Holli-Murphy

Everyone is welcome to join Mindfulness Club THIS Wednesday, October 5! We will meet in room 121-H at 3:10.  Bring a friend and join the fun! 

The Leyden Bass Fishing Club will be going on an outing to Lake Opeka in Desplaines next Thursday, October 6th. We will leave from West Leyden entrance 11 at 3:30pm and return at 7pm.  See Mr. Abouchar at West in room 080 or Mr. Hurt in the Transportation Garage for more information.

Join the Orchesis Dance Troupe! We are a dance appreciation club so no experience required, and students from both campuses are welcome to join. This semester we are exploring and learning various styles including Modern, African, Charleston, Bachata, Salsa, Swing, Contemporary, Ballet, and Jazz. We will host auditions in December for the spring showcase in March where students are able to perform their own choreographies! Are you interested in joining the Leyden Cheerleading team? Come out to our tryout on October 24th from 3:30pm-5:30pm in the West Auxiliary gym. In order to try out, you must have a physical on file and register on 8 to 18. Contact Coach Jeske with any questions!

Get support with college applications, career exploration, financial aid, scholarships, and more! The Nest is open during all lunch periods on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
