FOOD SERVICES
Leyden Community High Schools District 212 offers healthy meals every school day. The school provides free or reduced breakfast and lunch to students whose families are direct certified or have filled out an application for this benefit. Please note that Free or Reduced lunch status does not carry over from your child’s previous school nor does it carry over from year to year. A new application must be completed each school year. Meal applications are available at https://nlappscloud.com or at www.leyden212.org look for the Food Services icon.
- Breakfast is available every morning until the first bell. Breakfast costs $1.25, it includes a main item (breakfast sandwich, yogurt parfait, muffins, etc.), a variety of fresh fruits, juices, and milk.
- All students are assigned a lunch period. Lunch costs $2.00, it includes an entrée, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat milk.
- Reduced-priced breakfast costs $.25, and a reduced-priced lunch costs $.40.
- A la Carte items are also available to students at a minimal cost.
