Transcript Request - West

To request your transcript, follow the steps outlined below:

Current Students

All Leyden transcripts include standardized test scores that have been reported to Leyden. When requesting a transcript, please allow up to 10 calendar days for the request to be processed. That said, Leyden will make every effort to process requests within five calendar days.

• If you want your transcript sent exactly as it appears, click the "Order Records" button below.
• If not, see your counselor.

• For all other transcripts, click the Order Transcripts button below to request your transcript. You will be charged a $4.60 fee to send an electronic transcript.
